CHEW VOL: 2 is a good read. It's got over-the-top, enjoyable characters who are all very interesting. The plot line is silly but fun, and even a bit heartwarming at times. The art isn't anything super special, but it matches the mood and feel of the story.
Overall, it's nothing that transcends it's genre, but that doesn't keep it from being a solid read especially if you enjoy goofy comics.
The only thing I have against this specific volume of CHEW that I didn't really notice in VOL: 1 is the story jumps around a lot and while it isn't exactly to hard to follow it can be a bit distracting. But it wasn't bad enough to really effect the rating I give it.
Really, if you enjoy Image stuff like INVINCIBLE or THE ASTOUNDING WOLF-MAN, you'll like this too.
I give it a B-Get more detail about Chew Volume 2: International Flavor.
